Contract Job Overview:

Seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Expert with strong expertise in Oracle BRM architecture, development, billing, payments, subscription management, and financial integrations. The ideal candidate will support the design, customization, and enhancement of Oracle BRM solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable billing and payment systems.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle BRM architecture, development, and configuration. Proven expertise in BRM Billing, Invoicing, Collections, Payments, and GL modules. Deep experience writing and customizing policy opcodes in C/C++. Strong working knowledge of Oracle Pricing Design Center (PDC) and Pipeline Rating. Proficiency in C/C++, Java, and shell scripting. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for Oracle Database querying, scripting, and performance tuning. Experience working with BRM utilities and batch processing tools. Strong understanding of payment integrations and subscription lifecycle management.

Experience:

Experience developing custom policy opcodes and Facilities Modules within Oracle BRM. Experience creating and customizing Data Managers and Multi-Threaded Applications. Experience integrating Oracle BRM with third-party payment gateways. Experience implementing PCI-DSS compliant payment processing solutions. Experience configuring billing cycles, invoicing, and rating scenarios. Experience supporting subscription lifecycle management and provisioning integrations. Experience with collections, dunning, and debt recovery workflows. Experience integrating BRM with ERP and financial systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Oracle BRM policy opcodes and Facilities Modules using C/C++. Create and customize Data Managers and Multi-Threaded Applications for high-performance processing. Manage opcode hooks and customize event lifecycle processing for billing, rating, and subscription events. Architect and implement integrations with third-party payment gateways for real-time and batch payment processing. Configure and manage payment processing solutions for credit cards, direct debits, and alternative payment methods. Implement secure payment processing workflows and support compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Handle payment processing, allocations, refunds, chargebacks, suspense management, and adjustments. Design and maintain complex rating, billing, and invoicing scenarios within Oracle BRM. Manage billing execution, invoice generation, and custom invoice formatting processes. Troubleshoot and resolve rating, discounting, and billing discrepancies. Implement and manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle processes including activation, renewal, upgrades, and cancellations. Support seamless integrations between CRM systems and Oracle BRM using APIs and web services. Configure and maintain collections and dunning workflows for customer account management. Support account suspension, service restriction, and debt recovery processes. Configure GL mapping, revenue recognition, and financial reporting within Oracle BRM. Integrate Oracle BRM with downstream ERP and financial systems. Perform financial reconciliation and audit activities. Configure product catalogs, charge offers, discount models, and pricing plans using Oracle PDC or Pricing Center. Collaborate with product and business teams to support new pricing plans and promotions.

Should Have:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience supporting enterprise billing and payment platforms. Strong understanding of financial and revenue management processes. Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments.
