We handle interior and exterior painting, cabinet work, deck staining, and specialty finishes. We scaled from zero to significant revenue in our first 60 days and are just getting started. This is a ground floor opportunity with real upside for the right person. The opportunity We are growing fast and we need someone to grow with us. This is not a stagnant job — as revenue grows, your commission grows with it. The person who takes this role has a clear path to becoming the operational backbone of a multi-market painting business. We plan to expand beyond Toledo and the right person comes with us. What you will do
Sales:
Follow up on inbound leads quickly — speed is everything Conduct phone and in-person estimates Quote jobs accurately using our pricing system Close deals and collect deposits Follow up on open quotes until they convert or go cold
Operations:
Coordinate painters — communicate job scope, schedule, and details Oversee active jobs and ensure quality and timeline Handle material pickups and deliveries using company card Be the point of contact between customers and crews Resolve any on-site issues before they become complaints Collect final payments on job completion What we are looking for Based in Toledo, Ohio with reliable transportation Sales experience — comfortable closing over the phone and in person Experience in painting, construction, or home services strongly preferred Highly organized and a strong communicator Self-sufficient — you will have autonomy but need to deliver results Competitive and motivated by commission and growth Compensation $36,000 base salary 4.5% commission on every closed job OTE $57,600 Company card for materials Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate Ground floor opportunity in a rapidly scaling company
