We have immediate openings for dynamic and detailed-oriented Site Supervisors to lead and oversee sites and their operations. Job Overview Site Supervisors lead and oversee assigned sites, and are an essential part of ensuring that the overall operation is being executed with exceptional professionalism and precision. In the event of a call off, it is the Site Supervisor's responsibility to either secure coverage or assume the shift themselves. This is a critical role that must be executed without fail. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the support and empowerment of vulnerable populations while fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.

Pay:

$18.00/hour The responsibilities of this role include: Grocery shopping Supervision of MAR Supervision of HPC documents Training new staff Reporting to program manager Record keeping Site maintenance & cleanliness Menu (if applicable) Managing client cash ledger On call first designee Schedule and arrange doctor's appointments Ideal candidates must be proficient in the following: Effective oral and written communication Ability to efficiently manage a team Filing, record keeping, typing, and attention to detail Experience with scheduling & healthcare Strong leadership ability Willingness to travel locally
