Blue Origin projectResponsibilities This role serves as a key support position within Field Operations. As a fully embedded member of the Owner's Construction Management Team, you will leverage your extensive construction oversight experience to manage and supervise Contractors and Craft Personnel, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely execution of assigned workstreams. You will be responsible for monitoring contractor performance, coordinating field activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of critical project objectives. Within the overall restoration program, there are fourteen (14) distinct Lines of Effort (subprojects), ranging from reclamation and restoration of major structural components and vertical structures to highly complex piping, electrical power, and controls systems supporting liquid fuel and cryogenic operations. Based on project needs and individual expertise, team members may be assigned to one or multiple Lines of Effort and will play a critical role in ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Relevant construction project delivery experience may be substituted where appropriate. Demonstrated experience leading project teams in the successful delivery of complex, fast-paced, and time-sensitive construction projects. 6-10 years of experience directly supervising Trade Contractors and/or Craft Personnel involved in the installation of complex process piping systems, including liquid fuel and cryogenic systems, as well as controls systems. U.S. Citizenship or legal residency required. Ability to successfully pass a background screening. Ability and willingness to deploy to the project site as required. This is an onsite position; remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.
