Team Manager of Daily Living Services (Hybrid Role)

Starting at $21/hour

Hybrid (Direct Care + Administrative) Overview We are seeking aTeam Manager to support individuals and staff within a residential setting. This is a hybrid role requiring 15-20 hours per week of direct care , with remaining hours focused on administrative and leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide direct care support in accordance with service plans (15-20 hrs/week) Write and maintain service plans, goal development plans, and quarterly reports Coordinate medical appointments, documentation, and follow-ups Coordinate activities and community engagement Create staff schedules and manage daily staffing needs Provide oversight, guidance, and support to staff in the home Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Support service quality and compliance Schedule & On-Call Hybrid schedule Participation in on-call rotation , including weekends Some weekend work required based on needs Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented with a flexible, problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in direct care, leadership, or human services preferred Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Mileage reimbursement Supportive, mission-driven work environment
Requirements:
Completed coursework towards an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a human services, leadership, or education-related field with at least one year of experience working with people with disabilities. OR Two years of experience working with people with disabilities with at least one year of experience in program development and supervision. High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Current automobile insurance MVR (motor vehicle record) CPR and First Aid certification - We will provide this training if needed Proof of TB test Reliable transportation Completion of HCSP training and Med Admin Training
