We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to support projects from bidding and preconstruction through completion. This opportunity is ideal for experienced construction professionals as well as motivated early-career candidates looking to build their project management and estimating skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates, bid proposals, and quantity takeoffs Review plans, specifications, and environmental reports Assist with or manage projects from award through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and clients Monitor project schedules, budgets, and documentation Support OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance requirements Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project records
Qualifications:
Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination, demolition, environmental services, or related industries Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred Recent graduates with relevant internships, co-ops, or field experience are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS, Microsoft Excel, or similar software is a plus
