Job Description
Job Summary Peak 6 Builders is looking for an experienced, motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the desire to join a growing company. We have a strong presence in building outdoor living spaces & have expanded to new builds and remodels. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about growth, takes pride in their work, and can reliably work independently with consistent team communication. If a young successful company excites you, then submit your resume. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Coordinate and oversee construction site activities, supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety regulations. Review and interpret construction drawings and construction schedules to facilitate smooth workflow and accurate implementation. Utilize construction management software (Job Tread) and other tools to track progress, manage documentation, and communicate project updates effectively. Facilitate communication between team members, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular site inspections & ensure job site is clean daily, some use of hand tools & power tools may be necessary at times. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as construction project manager or superintendent. Proficiency with construction management software. Experience reading construction drawings. Must have valid driver's license and reliable truck.
