This vital role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction regulations and safety standards. Your energetic approach will drive project success and foster a collaborative team environment. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to interpret project requirements accurately. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software; monitor progress regularly. Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards across all site activities. Manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control, proper use of materials, and adherence to construction regulations. Review contracts, change orders, and technical documentation; facilitate clear communication between stakeholders. Lead team meetings, manage crew assignments, and supervise onsite personnel to optimize productivity. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and coordination purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction management with a minimum of several years supervising projects. Familiarity with construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety guidelines. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Skilled in managing project timelines through detailed scheduling; experience with pipeline projects is a plus. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Valid knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards; experience supervising crews on-site is required. Join us to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
