We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering projects that make a lasting impact. Position Overview The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of commercial construction experience and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. Experience managing federal, senior living, and/or light industrial projects is highly preferred. You will serve as the primary driver of project success, overseeing teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout Develop, track, and control project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Lead and coordinate project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contract documents, and quality standards Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track Oversee project documentation, reporting, change management, and financial forecasting Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, budgets, and scheduling Preferred experience with federal, senior living, and/or light industrial construction Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of accountability, quality control, and client satisfaction Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Relocation assistance available Why Join Boyer Commercial Construction?
