SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union and Chester Counties SERVPRO of Lancaster and Kershaw Counties Full-Time Looking for a Builder, Estimator, and Leader All in One SERVPRO of Indian Land, Cherokee, Union and Chester Counties is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage losses. This is not a traditional construction management role. We are looking for a restoration professional who can independently inspect losses, write accurate Xactimate estimates, sell and manage reconstruction projects, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects through completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong background in insurance restoration, understands the relationship between mitigation and reconstruction, and can confidently manage both the administrative and operational aspects of a project. Key Responsibilities Perform site inspections and develop scopes of work for reconstruction projects. Create accurate estimates using Xactimate. Review insurance carrier approvals, supplements, and change orders. Manage reconstruction projects from estimate through final completion. Schedule and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and profitability. Conduct job site visits to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Maintain communication with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and project stakeholders. Resolve project issues and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety requirements, and local building codes. Maintain complete and accurate project documentation. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of reconstruction or restoration project management experience. Strong working knowledge of insurance restoration and reconstruction processes. Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software. Ability to write, review, and manage estimates independently. Experience managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects. Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and job costing. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. IICRC certifications or construction-related certifications. Experience working directly with insurance carriers and adjusters. Familiarity with DASH, Encircle, or other restoration management software.
