Position:

Estimator Project Manager Estimator Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the estimating process
• Develop accurate cost estimates for projects
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections

Estimator Project Manager Essential Job Functions:

• Strong background in construction estimating
• Proven project management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Estimator Project Manager Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
