We're looking for an experienced, organized, and driven Residential Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee custom home builds and residential remodeling projects from start to finish. If you're passionate about quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure projects meet quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Conduct regular job site inspections and resolve issues proactively. Communicate project updates with homeowners, team members, and vendors. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders. Order and track materials to keep projects moving efficiently. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ability to manage punch lists and construction checklists - Finisher! Qualifications 3+ years of residential construction project management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Experience managing project budgets and schedules. Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar) is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
