The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of exterior remodeling, be able to accurately measure replacement windows, coordinate crews and materials, maintain quality standards, and provide excellent customer service throughout the project. This position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage window, siding, and gutter projects from start to finish. Perform accurate field measurements for replacement windows and verify measurements before ordering materials. Review contracts, scopes of work, and project specifications for accuracy. Order materials and ensure they are delivered accurately and on time. Conduct pre-installation job site inspections. Monitor project progress to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and production goals are met. Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding scheduling, project updates, and any changes. Resolve job site issues quickly and professionally. Complete final inspections and punch lists before closing projects. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local building codes. Work closely with the sales team, production department, and office staff to provide a smooth customer experience. Document project progress with notes and photos. Manage project budgets and help control job costs. Handle warranty items and customer concerns in a timely manner. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience managing window, siding, and gutter installation projects. Must have experience accurately measuring replacement windows. Strong knowledge of residential construction and exterior remodeling. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with subcontractors and installation crews. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic computer proficiency, including email, photo documentation, and project management software. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the exterior remodeling industry. Knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements.
