Manage project schedules using construction management software and communication softwares Oversee the development and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Monitor project budgets closely, controlling costs through effective cost management strategies and detailed estimating practices using HeavyBid or similar tools. Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies by maintaining thorough knowledge of construction regulations. Coordinate procurement processes including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material orders while managing project documentation efficiently. Supervise on-site construction activities, providing leadership to teams, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a safe work environment. Conduct regular site inspections using tools like Civil 3D or Bluebeam for accurate documentation and communication of project progress. Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Track project progress through detailed scheduling updates and report on key milestones to stakeholders regularly. Manage project risks proactively by identifying potential delays or issues early and implementing mitigation strategies. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Prolog; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Hands-on experience with construction site activities including blueprint reading, site safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures. Familiarity with construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration purposes.
