Job Description

Commercial Masonry Superintendent This organization is known for long-term stability, low turnover, and a strong culture built on trust, safety, and craftsmanship . Superintendents are empowered to lead without micromanagement and are supported by a team that values collaboration and quality execution. Experience 5+ years site supervision (required) Ideally 10+ years in commercial masonry Proven experience running ground-up commercial jobs Certifications
OSHA 30 REQUIRED
What we are looking for: Level-headed and steady under pressure Problem-solver who keeps things moving Not reactive or high-drama Can work well with crews, PMs, and GCs What They Actually DO (Projects) Ground-up commercial masonry projects Work includes: High-rise buildings Universities Schools Churches Heavy structural and architectural masonry (brick, block, stone) Fast-paced jobs where coordination, sequencing, and manpower management are critical 👉 This is big, visible work —not small patch jobs or maintenance. Hiring 2 Superintendents immediately : 📍 Charlotte, NC 📍 Charleston, SC Need someone who can step in and run a ground-up project from day one Experience 5+ years site supervision (required) Ideally 10+ years in commercial masonry Proven experience running ground-up commercial jobs Certifications
