A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
$120,000 - $140,000 per year Job Details - As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.
MUST HAVE
3+ years of project management experience within the
BAS/HVAC
Controls space 5+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry Experience with one or more of the major BAS platforms (JCI, Siemens, ALC, Schneider Electric, Distech, etc.)
