Construction Safety Coordinator:

Develop, implement, and regularly review health and safety policies aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and other relevant regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across manufacturing facilities to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses using root cause analysis techniques to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and compliance documentation. Support report writing efforts related to safety performance metrics and incident investigations. Skills Proven experience in Construction environments with a strong understanding of occupational health standards. Knowledge of OSHA regulations Certification in OSHA 30 safety training Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining comprehensive safety records. Excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and collaborate across teams.
