This role is vital in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of construction management software and technical drawings. As a key player on our team, you will coordinate multiple trades, manage project schedules, and uphold safety regulations to deliver exceptional results on complex commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Five Years experience. Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. Manage and coordinate project schedules. Oversee subcontractors, crew management, and daily site operations to maintain productivity and quality standards. Review blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation. Enforce IRC, Codes, OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking; document findings thoroughly. Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth project delivery. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or equivalent platforms for documentation, reporting, and communication. Supervise teams on-site by providing clear management communication, coordinating construction schedules, and overseeing subcontractor performance. Requirements Proven experience in heavy residental construction management with a minimum of five years supervising large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction regulations including IRC, County Codes. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately. Experience managing project schedules from initial planning through completion using Primavera or similar scheduling tools. Excellent crew management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively on active job sites. Strong communication skills for managing client relationships, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to interpret technical measurements using tools such as ohmmeters when necessary for electrical components or systems review.
