Job Description
HM Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical crews on a large-scale commercial/industrial project in Spartanburg, SC . Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily jobsite activities Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications and electrical codes Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety requirements Track project progress and productivity Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule Maintain quality workmanship and meet project deadlines Requirements 5+ years of electrical experience preferred Previous Electrical Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead experience required Must be fluent in English and Spanish Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background Strong leadership and crew-management skills Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards OSHA 30 Required Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Spartanburg, SC jobsite
