Job Description

We are a General Contracting and Engineering Company that has been in business since 1992 and constructs water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants and master pumping stations. We are an employee-owned company (ESOP) which is a great opportunity for you to be an owner and not just an employee. We are looking to hire an experienced construction superintendent in Greenville, South Carolina. Consider talking with us and let us work together for you and your family. All inquiries are held strictly confidential. Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in layout, site work, sheeting, dewatering, concrete, equipment setting and all types of piping systems. Must have excellent communication skills and have a good team player attitude. The following is a general guide to duties a superintendent may encounter working on the job but does not cover all responsibilities. Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation Help manage project costs for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs Assist the project manager in the development of purchase orders and subcontracts Interface with HR to assist in developing onsite crews Collaborate with clients, project managers, foreman and management to maintain budget and scheduling Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers Create schedules for workers and subcontractors Maintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessary Help develop and Implement means and methods that streamline the project Employment Package includes: Salary ESOP Expense account Company Truck Health insurance - 75% of premiums paid for employees,60% paid for dependent coverage Dental, Vision $50,000 employer-paid life insurance Employer paid short term and long-term Disability Vacation and 9 paid Holidays Bonuses Please submit a resume highlighting related experience for consideration.
