We are looking to add a qualified Operations Manager to our team to help homeowners and builders with their questions and services that need to be corrected. We provide you with a service truck, gas card and power tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Audit Deliveries Quality Inspect homes that are being installed Keep track of warehouse stock Send updates of what is going on in your division to HQ Obtain material lists needed for service jobs Work alongside area manager to ensure smooth work flow Pick up returns Office and vehicle upkeep Attend meetings when necessary Enforce safety guidelines and expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

Self-starter who is not afraid to be assertive, take initiative and work independently Superior attention to detail Ability to talk to people, irate customers included Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation Candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Monday through Friday position 2+ years of roofing installation or repairs Must be able to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square preferred Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.) Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Possess reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions
