Monday-Friday_ We are seeking an experienced
- Construction Superintendent
- to oversee the construction of high-end, custom luxury homes valued at several million dollars.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of residential construction practices.
- Responsibilities:
- + Manage all phases of luxury custom home construction from groundbreaking through final completion.
+ Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to ensure quality workmanship and schedule adherence.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
+ Develop and maintain construction schedules while proactively addressing delays and project challenges.
+ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
+ Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
+ Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, engineers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
- Qualifications:
- + 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Construction Manager in residential construction.
+ Experience managing custom luxury homes valued at $1M+ preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
+ Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $60000.
00 - $65000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
