Seeking an experienced construction professional with 8-15 years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management to lead teams, oversee budgets/schedules/risk, manage client relationships, and drive projects from concept through final pricing. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities across multiple projects. This role will provide strategic oversight from concept through final pricing while partnering closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the preconstruction team across multiple projects. Oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk assessment. Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to align scope, cost, and schedule. Serve as the primary client contact throughout the preconstruction process. Lead value analysis and develop alternative solutions based on cost, schedule, and lifecycle considerations. Lead project interviews and preconstruction strategy meetings. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Continuously improve preconstruction processes, systems, and best practices. Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 8-15 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management. Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction costs, schedules, estimating, and constructability. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to analyze complex project information and provide clear recommendations. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external project stakeholders.Preferred Skills Proficiency with:
