Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Training MCK's staff on ISPs, BSPs, policies and procedures, training staff with Therap software; monitoring service delivery, implementing systems to improve the overall supports, review, tracking and trending of all billing documentation, safety reviews, recipient records, monitoring and training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: 1. Oversight of assigned community based daily notes to ensure adequate information is in the notes for billing- daily review of notes. 2. Tracking and trending safety drills. 3. Tracking and trending of unannounced home visits weekly and following up on issues identified during the visits. 4. Conducting environmental visits at all locations. 5. Complete quarterly chart audits. Place any missing information in charts. 6. Complete personal profile sheet for all Service Recipients. 7. Set up charts for new Service Recipients. 8. Maintain accurate records, including records of activities and developmental progress of persons served. 9. Audit Employee training files making sure all TSN's are completed. 10. Assist with transitions for new Service Recipients. 11. Perform clerical duties. Filing all monthly documentation in a filing system. 12. Provide on-call assistance to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts as needed. 13. Complete weekly unannounced site visits, and one overnight site visit per quarter. This includes one community visit monthly. 14. Attend COS Meetings and all other client support meetings. 15. Ensure daily notes are accurate and there are billable CB-Day hours present. 16. Complete vehicle inspections for new Site Managers. 17. Ensure that Vehicle inspection is completed for all new employees. 18. Serve as MCK Administrator on Duty as assigned. 19. Review of daily notes during site visits. 20. Complete biweekly billing. 21. Assist with HR audits. 22. Training staff to competency whenever items need to be corrected such as MAR errors, staff should be re-trained with documentation reflecting training. 23. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1.
Knowledge of MCK policies and procedures. 2. Basic knowledge of nutrition, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene and first aid. 3. Ability to plan, organize and evaluate. 4. Must be flexible, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. 5. Ability to use a computer effectively in Microsoft Word and Excel. 6. Skills in team management. 7. Problem Solving Skills. 8. Ability to write and maintain accurate records. 9. Ability to maintain 10. Ability to travel as needed. 11. Ability to drive a motor vehicle. 12. Ability to work in a team environment. 13. Knowledge of medication administration guidelines. 14. Skills in working with individuals with disabilities. 15. Planning and organizational skills. 16. Skills in supervising and training staff in o positive manner. 17. Ability to communicate effectively. 18. Skills in administering CPR and First Aid. 19. Ability to read and understand the regulatory requirements. 20. Review ISP and ensure accuracy. 21. Review BSP and implement as required. 22. Medication Administration Certified. 23. Ability to review and read cost plans 24. Environmental home inspections. 25. Skills in prioritizing multiple tasks. 26. Ability to maintain confidentiality. 27. Complete Risk tool Assessment as needed. 28. Complete LON Exception request as needed. 29. Complete PSD as needed. 30. Works open shifts when needed.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Five years of experience, working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is preferred. A current, valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are also required. Valid Vehicle insurance. •

Pay:
$43,500.00 - $46,000.00 per year
