EIFS Superintendent Fortis Products, LLC Chattanooga, TN Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications OSHA 10 Occupational Safety And Health Administration Outreach Training Program 30-Hour Mentoring ProCore Stakeholder management Full Job Description Position Summary The EIFS Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day field operations of EIFS projects, coordinating subcontractors, field crews, materials, inspections, and schedules. The Superintendent will serve as a key field representative for Fortis Products and will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, general contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate EIFS installation activities on commercial construction projects Manage subcontractors and field crews to ensure work meets project plans and specifications Review construction drawings, specifications, and details related to EIFS systems Coordinate EIFS work with other trades and project activities Monitor project schedules and ensure work remains on schedule Inspect completed work for quality, proper installation, and compliance with manufacturer requirements Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are available when needed Communicate project progress, field conditions, and potential issues to the Project Manager Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and records Conduct and coordinate quality control inspections Enforce Fortis Products' safety requirements and project-specific safety procedures Ensure work is performed in accordance with OSHA requirements and applicable building codes Coordinate with general contractors, architects, inspectors, owners, and other project stakeholders as needed Assist with punch lists, closeout activities, and final inspections Train and mentor field personnel as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial EIFS installation or field supervision Strong knowledge of EIFS systems, installation methods, materials, and manufacturer requirements Previous experience supervising subcontractors and field crews Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety requirements Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities Procore experience preferred OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
