Job Description Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Superintendent will manage all field activities from project kickoff through completion. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Multifamily (Chattanooga) should have: Approximately 10 years of construction experience preferred General contractor experience strongly preferred Experience with commercial projects including retail, office, healthcare, restaurant, or adaptive reuse Procore experience required Bluebeam experience preferred Construction Management degree preferred but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Positive and solutions-oriented mindset What's on Offer $110,000 - $135,000 base salary Bonus opportunities Full healthcare benefits 401(k) matching Career progression opportunities Exposure to diverse commercial projects Interested?
