Job Description
We are currently searching for a Construction Superintendent with Healthcare experience to join a global construction firm. The candidate will be expected to be the on-site lead for overseeing day-to-day construction activity on a large-scale, ongoing project. Construction Superintendent

Healthcare Responsibilities:
Provide daily oversight and supervision for a labor force of both internal and subcontracted labor for complex healthcare projects Enforce quality control and safety standards on the job site and ensure adherence by direct reports and subcontractors Manage commitment to project schedule and cost and provide daily reporting of deliverables Support preconstruction planning, including logistics, scheduling, EHS, and scope development Manage project schedules, resolve conflicts, and coordinate subcontractor activities Manage contracts, logistics plans, construction tools, and technology Monitor project costs, labor, equipment, and materials to maintain profitability Construction Superintendent

Healthcare Requirements:
15+ years of vertical construction experience with at least three years as a lead superintendent Must have experience with projects of $10M
•$40M minimum with at least one project being 100M+ Experience with Prolog or other project management software required Strong communication skills and ability to lead and delegate effectively to a diverse team of subcontractors while maintaining control of project budget and timeline Experience with medical facilities required(i.e., hospitals, life science, research labs, etc.) OSHA and CPR/First Aid certifications required Construction Superintendent
