Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in construction project management is preferred
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Project Sight or ProCore
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
• Familiarity with software programs such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D for design review and coordination
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
