In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, manage team, ensure safety compliance, and uphold quality standards. Must have experience in storm drainage and utility work and be familiar with KUB, LCUB, First Utility, West Knox Utilities and Lenoir City Utilities. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schematics. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. Oversee adherence to safety protocols by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety inspections on-site. Supervise team by assigning tasks effectively, providing guidance on management practices, and fostering a collaborative environment. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for pipeline projects or other specialized construction tasks. Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental regulations and company policies. Experience Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards. Strong understanding of quality control procedures within the construction industry. Excellent communication skills. Pay based on experience
