Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM On-call expectations Overtime availability

Coverage Area:

Frequent nationwide travel (up to 10 months annually), with a reporting base in Murfreesboro, TN

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS AS A SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER

You'll Be Responsible For:

Dispatching and coordinating field crews across projects Communicating with general contractors and internal teams Managing RFIs, timelines, and execution plans Troubleshooting field issues quickly and effectively Tracking project progress and ensuring completion milestones Supporting billing milestones and payment applications Maintaining strict adherence to safety policies Ensuring equipment is ready, available, and insured

MUST-HAVES FOR OUR SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER

5+ years of project management experience Ability to read and interpret construction plans Strong organizational and multitasking ability Technical proficiency with Excel, Adobe, and PDF tools Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with structural steel projects Welding knowledge Contract review experience Relevant education
