Job Description Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction operations. Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules. Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control standards are met. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members. Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects running smoothly. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with construction project management or on-site supervision. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
