Field Supervisor - Roofing, Siding, Construction

Job Overview Growing Roofing and Siding Company servicing major developers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor in the Nashville, Mt Juliet and surrounding locations to oversee construction projects and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, knowledge of roofing and siding. This role requires hands-on involvement on construction sites, the ability to climb ladders, work at heights, lift and carry materials, do inspections, make minor repairs and coordinate various tasks to meet project deadlines. Duties

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee roofing and siding application, and other construction tasks. Make repairs when needed
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding project status, challenges, and resource needs. Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of various construction techniques including roofing and siding.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients alike.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
