Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is hiring Lead Installation Technicians to run four-person installation pods across Amazon's robotics fulfillment network. You will lead a crew of three technicians through a standardized five-day install at a new site each week, completing safety lane markings, signage and floor delineation in a live outbound dock environment. This is a highly visible role: you own safety, quality and the daily production report at your site, and you are the single point of contact for the Amazon site lead. You will travel to a new facility every week for approximately six weeks. What You'll Do
  •  Lead a four-person pod through the standard five-day site sequence: Day-0 walkthrough and safety orientation, removal of existing floor tape and adhesive, layout and installation of new safety lane markings, delineator posts, floor arrows and stop signs, IQ Sign mounting and calibration, and site closeout
  •  Own site safety as the pod's EHS lead: conduct the daily safety brief, complete the job hazard analysis, enforce work-zone isolation in an active dock, and report incidents and near-misses through both Amazon and Insight Global channels
  •  Own site quality: complete the QA checklist, verify lane widths and arrow spacing against the approved layout, capture the IQ Sign calibration record and assemble the site photo package
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for the Amazon site WHS or Operations lead, including the Day-0 walkthrough, daily progress updates and the Site Acceptance Form at closeout
  •  Confirm site readiness and material staging with the site point of contact ahead of arrival, and escalate immediately when materials are not staged or dock access is unavailable
  •  Submit the daily production roll-up and weekly status report to the Delivery Program Coordinator on time
  •  Coordinate pod travel, lodging and vehicle logistics between sites, and manage the pod's tools and consumables Physical and Travel Requirements
  •  Ability to travel 100% of the time for the duration of the assignment, including Sunday travel days
  •  Valid driver's license and ability to be added to a rental vehicle agreement
  •  Comfortable working on your feet in an active fulfillment center for a full shift
  •  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend and work at floor level for extended periods
  •  Must pass a background check and drug screen, and complete Amazon vendor onboarding and site-specific safety orientation What Insight Global Offers
  •  Weekly pay with per diem for meals on all travel days
  •  Lodging, airfare, rental vehicle and fuel covered by Insight Global
  •  One mid-program round trip home
  •  $50 weekly rideshare allowance so you can get out and explore on your own time + 1 rental car allotted per team
  •  End-of-program performance bonus of up to $1,000 per pod member, based on your pod's scorecard for safety, on-time reporting and on-time site completion
  •  Health, dental and vision benefits available
  •  $300/food per week - no receipts needed.
