What You'll Do Manage land development projects from design through completion Oversee design, permitting, scheduling, budgets, and project delivery Serve as the main point of contact for clients Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff Coordinate with clients, municipalities, contractors, and consultants Manage project financials, contracts, invoicing, and change orders Support business development and client growth Attend client meetings and public hearings as needed What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 7+ years of civil/site design and land development experience Project management and client-facing experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with project budgets and staff management Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design software PE preferred but not necessary What's Offered Competitive salary 401(k) match up to 6% Performance bonuses Annual salary reviews Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and paid holidays Paid parental leave Professional growth and advancement opportunities Interested in taking the next step in your civil engineering career?
