Job Description Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain workflow and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets required standards. Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects in the Office, Retail, Restaurant and Renovations. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently. Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
