Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive job-site experience, and the ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee daily jobsite operations and enforce safety protocols Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Monitor budgets and assist with construction estimating Conduct quality control inspections and ensure OSHA compliance Manage project documentation, change orders, and progress reports Lead safety meetings and implement safety programs Communicate with project managers, clients, and field teams Supervise multiple crews and maintain project schedules across various locations Qualifications Required previous experience as a Construction Superintendent Proven experience supervising large-scale construction projects Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Knowledge of contracts, blueprint reading, and estimating Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and crews Heavy civil or pipeline experience preferred OSHA certification or similar credentials are highly desired Must be willing to travel throughout multiple states.
