Job Description Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and project alignment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve on-site issues promptly, minimizing delays and disruptions to the project timeline. Prepare and maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and other project documentation. Manage construction schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources. Foster a positive working environment for all team members on-site. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures during project execution. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Construction Superintendent should have: Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and sequencing Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and maintain a productive jobsite Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction What's on Offer Competitive annual salary between $90,000 and $130,000.
