Job Description

Civil Construction Project Manager A well-established civil construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex civil construction projects with a strong focus on earthwork, demolition, site development, grading, and erosion control . Responsibilities Manage civil construction projects from preconstruction through final completion Oversee earthwork, excavation, grading, site preparation, and mass excavation Coordinate demolition activities, including site clearing, structural demolition, and debris removal Manage erosion and sediment control , stormwater systems, and environmental compliance Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel Track project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and purchase orders Conduct regular project meetings and communicate effectively with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors Identify potential project issues and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget Ensure projects comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Prepare and review project reports, schedules, forecasts, and financial documentation Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure projects exceed expectations Qualifications 5+ years of civil construction project management experience Experience with earthwork, excavation, demolition, grading, and site development Strong understanding of erosion and sediment control and stormwater management Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans, specifications, and contracts Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required What the Company Offers Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and strong company culture Take the Next Step in Your Career If you're ready to take your Residential Construction Project Management career to the next level, I'd love to speak with you confidentially about this opportunity.
