Site Manager Confidential Portland, TN 37148 $51,503.93 - $62,026.24 a year - Full-time $51,503.93 - $62,026.24 a year - Full-time Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Onsite Workforce Manager to lead workforce operations at a high-volume facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in employee engagement, workforce planning, client partnership, and operational execution. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service and workforce solutions. Bilingual Spanish-English candidates are strongly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce & Operations Management Serve as the primary onsite contact for workforce operations and business partners. Lead and develop onsite support staff through coaching, training, and performance management. Monitor workforce performance, attendance, retention, and engagement initiatives. Ensure operational goals and staffing objectives are achieved through effective workforce planning. Provide workforce recommendations and operational insights to leadership teams. Staffing & Recruiting Support Coordinate staffing requirements and partner with recruiting teams to meet hiring demands. Conduct candidate interviews and support hiring activities. Track key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and retention. Ensure compliance with hiring processes, screenings, assessments, and onboarding requirements. Employee Relations & HR Administration Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Address employee concerns and support positive employee relations. Manage attendance tracking, employee communications, payroll processing, and timekeeping audits. Process employee status changes, separations, and related documentation. Maintain compliance with company policies, employment laws, and workplace procedures. Safety & Compliance Promote a culture of workplace safety and regulatory compliance. Conduct routine safety inspections and facility walkthroughs. Manage incident reporting, workers' compensation claims, accommodation requests, and related documentation. Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to all company and site-specific safety standards. Reporting & Client Support Prepare and present workforce metrics, operational reports, and performance updates. Analyze trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support business reviews and workforce planning discussions. Build strong partnerships with operational stakeholders to ensure service excellence. QualificationsRequired 5+ years of experience in workforce management, staffing, human resources, operations, or a related field. Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Experience working with workforce management systems, HRIS platforms, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency. Experience supporting large-scale workforce operations. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in both office and operational environments. Work Environment Combination of office and operational facility environments. Frequent interaction with employees, management teams, and business partners.
Pay:
$51,503.93 - $62,026.24 per year
