A Construction Manager manages construction projects from project planning through completion. Manages project budget and schedule; works closely with architects, engineers, trades workers, and clients; supervises construction on site and manages subcontractors; coordinates permits and regulatory compliance as needed for projects.

What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with construction clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Work closely with recruiters to fill skilled trade and general labor positions. Understand client manpower needs, project schedules, and jobsite requirements. Coordinate staffing requests from initial order through placement and start. Follow up with clients and field employees to ensure expectations are being met. Address attendance, performance, and jobsite issues quickly and professionally. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business. Maintain accurate account, employee, and placement information. Communicate regularly with operations, recruiting, onboarding, and payroll teams. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in construction, staffing, recruiting, sales, or account management . Strong understanding of the construction industry and skilled trades preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, and communicating with clients and field employees. Highly organized and accountable. Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
