The Role The Site Superintendent plays a critical role in bringing our projects to life. This position is responsible for leading day-to-day site operations, ensuring each project is executed with a high level of organization, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. This role calls for a steady, thoughtful leader who can bring structure, momentum, and clear communication to complex residential projects while supporting clients, design teams, trades, and vendors through every phase of the build. Who This Is For You are someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, and well-managed job site. You lead with calm confidence, communicate clearly, and hold both yourself and others to a high standard. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to navigate the complexities of custom residential construction with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple job sites, ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with RedOven's standards for quality and presentation Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and design partners Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable building codes Collaborate with the Project Management team on scheduling, budgeting, and procurement Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects moving forward Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites at all times Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience managing residential construction projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple moving parts Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High level of organization and attention to detail Experience with construction management software and modern building practices Compensation & Benefits Salary starting at $75,000 + performance-based bonuses Company vehicle Medical benefits Unlimited PTO How to Apply If this sounds like you, email your resume to and tell us a bit about yourself and why you'd be a great fit for our team.
