Job Description Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Ground-Up Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. Manage daily field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain schedule and productivity Drive safety compliance and promote a strong jobsite safety culture Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications Lead project scheduling activities and proactively resolve field challenges Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout construction Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Proven Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects Strong background in light industrial construction, including tilt-wall developments Experience delivering Class A office or comparable commercial projects Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics Commitment to safety, quality control, and client satisfaction Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Stable career history with demonstrated project success What's on Offer Base salary of $100,000-$110,000 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Gas card and toll tag Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile ground-up projects Long-term career growth with a financially stable and expanding contractor
