With a significant portfolio of repeat business and long-standing client relationships, the company continues to grow while maintaining a collaborative, employee-focused culture. Job Description Reporting to the operations leadership team, the Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations across commercial interior and tenant improvement projects. Lead all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement and renovation projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule commitments Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specification Manage project logistics in occupied buildings and active commercial environments Partner with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout project delivery Oversee punch-list completion and successful project turnover MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Superintendent - Commercial Interiors & Tenant Improvement we are seeking: Proven Superintendent experience within commercial interiors construction Strong background in tenant improvement and renovation projects Experience delivering Class A office build-outs and corporate interiors Exposure to high-rise interior construction preferred What's on Offer Base salary of $100,000-$110,000 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Gas card and toll tag Comprehensive healthcare and benefits package Consistent pipeline of Class A office and tenant improvement projects
