Job Responsibilities Include the

Answering incoming phone calls for construction and service departments.
Getting permits and locates for jobs as needed.
Communicating with builders, collecting all contact information and job information, scheduling and entering jobs on BuilderTrend.
Invoicing, accounts receivable and reports through Quickbooks Online.
Coordinating with supervisors to ensure schedule continues to run smoothly.
Completing additional tasks and assignments as requested.

8am

4:30pm High School Diplomas/GED required.
Must possess professional attitude to represent the company in a positive manner
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, BuilderTrend and Quickbooks Online
Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.
Able to simultaneously perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with little oversight
Preferably have a good understanding of the construction process and how the scheduled tasks interact with each other.
