Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator/Project Manager to lead the full estimating process while successfully overseeing projects from inception through completion. This position plays a vital role in project planning and success and works closely with owners, architects, other project managers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate commercial construction bid opportunities
• Manage communication with owners, architects, and subcontractors during the bidding process
• Review and interpret plans, drawings, and contract documents
• Visit jobsites to assess accessibility, underground conditions, and other site-specific challenges
• Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain up-to-date pricing
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and present them for internal review
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with scope and standards
• Assist with procurement, value engineering, budgeting, and change orders
• Track costs throughout the project lifecycle to monitor budget adherence
• Perform other estimating or project support duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum one (2) year of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and project logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
• Occasional site visits or meetings as needed
