Key Requirements:

Must have commercial construction experience in a supervisory role. Establishes the expectations and standards of quality for his/her project with regard to Customer Service, Ensures all levels of company compliance are met for all Quality, Safety, Training, and Operational Objectives. Provides corporate management with weekly forecasting of projected revenue and expenses. Works with HR and Operations to ensure proper levels of staffing on projects. Works closely with HR, Safety and Operations to create a staffing plan, including hiring & training schedules Works with Safety Department to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company's Safety Program Oversees the field Administrative Staff to ensure all project timekeeping requirements are being met, balancing time with client gate logs, submitting client exception reports, submitting client required headcount reports and cost tracking reports, Oversees equipment readiness for his/her project by coordinating with the client on all PPE requirements for the facility Submitting PPE Request to home office prior to project beginning to ensure all personnel have the proper equipment for the project Performs employee performance evaluations on every project Coordinates the use of personnel to ensure the project is properly managed and staffed Oversees project HR requirements by managing the lay-off schedule and terminating employees when needed and submitting all required paperwork timely Supports development of additional revenue opportunities Manages local vendors for material needs Manages local site inventory and tracking tool trailer with issue tickets performs other duties as assigned Must have a clean background Must have a valid
