In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, schedules, and budgets. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration among subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving construction excellence through effective management and supervision. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA standards, and quality control measures. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to meet project timelines and specifications. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design intent. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-control strategies using HeavyBid or other estimating tools. Conduct regular site inspections with tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication across teams. Lead quality assurance processes by implementing rigorous quality control procedures throughout the construction phases. Read and interpret contracts to ensure scope compliance while managing change orders effectively. Supervise on-site personnel by providing clear direction, resolving conflicts promptly, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain detailed records of project progress, safety incidents, inspections, and communication logs for transparency and accountability. Experience Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role within commercial construction projects. Extensive on-site construction management experience with a strong understanding of construction scheduling techniques using Procore Demonstrated supervisory skills supervising diverse teams including subcontractors, laborers, and vendors. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with Procore. Familiarity with construction safety standards such as OSHA regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols consistently. Knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools for project tracking and documentation. Strong understanding of contracts management processes related to construction projects. Ability to read electrical schematics using tools like an ohmmeter for quality assurance purposes.
