•COMMERCIAL
MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT NEEDED
•We are seeking an experienced Commercial Mechanical Superintendent to oversee on-site crews while actively participating in the installation, repair, and completion of commercial mechanical systems. This position is responsible for coordinating daily field activities, maintaining quality and productivity, and ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and according to the project schedule
•Salary up to $93,600+Bonuses based on level and experience determined during interview process

Job Duties:
Assemble, install, maintain, and repair commercial mechanical systems. Install systems in accordance with project drawings, specifications, approved submittals, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building and trade codes. Supervise, direct, and support assigned on-site field crews. Read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and other project documents. Plan and lay out work for the assigned crew. Schedule and coordinate daily activities based on project milestones and the overall construction schedule. Monitor workmanship, productivity, safety, and material usage. Coordinate with project management, other trades, and jobsite supervision as needed. Communicate manpower, material, equipment, and scheduling needs to project leadership. Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work environment. Complete required field documentation and communicate job progress, concerns, and changes promptly. Position Requirements Commercial mechanical installation and field leadership experience. Ability to supervise and effectively communicate with field employees. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals. Strong planning, layout, organization, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work overtime or second shift when project conditions require it. Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
