Job Description
Overview:
Nationwide Gutter is the premier gutter company in the multifamily industry. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple crews on multiple jobsites insuring safety and quality. This position requires travel up to 30% of the time. A company truck will be provided during working hours and for traveling to jobsites. Bilingual ( English/ Spanish) is mandatory .Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage new installation gutter projects, ensuring they are completed.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager, Scheduling Manager, sales team, crews, and onsite superintendents to ensure projects are completed.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed safely and efficiently
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure all workers adhere to proper safety protocols
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction supervision or crew management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions
