Job Description Allied Fire Protection is seeking a Sprinkler Construction Superintendent to lead field installation of commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects across Texas. In this role, you will plan and oversee daily jobsite activities, supervise install crews, coordinate with GCs and other trades, and ensure adherence to NFPA codes, plans, and specifications. You will manage schedules, manpower, materials, and quality while enforcing a strong safety culture. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews installing fire sprinkler systems on commercial and industrial projects Plan daily jobsite activities, manpower, and material needs to meet schedules and budgets Read and interpret construction documents, hydraulic calculations, and fire protection plans Coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, and project managers Ensure installations comply with NFPA standards, local codes, and project specifications Conduct quality checks and resolve field issues or design conflicts in real time Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards; conduct jobsite safety meetings and inspections Track project progress, document work, and report labor and material usage Train and mentor technicians and fitters to build skills and craftsmanship Represent Allied Fire Protection professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners on-site Required Skills Fire sprinkler system installation Construction project management Blueprint and CAD drawing reading Crew supervision and leadership Job cost and materials management NFPA and local fire code knowledge Scheduling and coordination with trades Quality control and inspections Construction safety management Client and GC communication
